Kind and attentive service from the gentleman and lady who run the shop. It opens at 10:30 not 10:00 as it says on the website. The luggage was well taken care of. I highly recommend them!

The first storage service I tried sent me to a location that didn't match the initial map area and was closed, so I was thrilled to find a Radical Storage location that was close to me and a legit business. The hotel staff that cared for my bags were friendly, quick, and trustworthy. Great experience!

I had never used this type of luggage drop off before. We booked online, then we took pics of our luggage (which they tagged) and came back a few hours later to pick it up. There was no time frame to worrry about if your plans change. It's right near the station and they were friendly- very convenient.
