Não tivemos qualquer problema; deixámos a nossa bagagem na BASICMART, na Tottenham Court Road, por volta das 10h00 e voltámos mais tarde, às 18h30, conforme combinado, para a recolher. A bagagem foi trazida para a loja depois de ter ficado guardada na cave. O pessoal foi muito simpático e não hesitaria em voltar a utilizar o serviço. Uma opção fácil para guardar bagagem. Custou-nos 13,50 £ por duas peças, incluindo o seguro da Radical Storage (3,50 £), que não é opcional. Tenha apenas em atenção que deve tentar indicar uma hora precisa para a recolha, pois recebi mensagens de texto com a opção de prolongar o prazo mediante um custo adicional, caso me atrasasse em relação à hora especificada; por isso, talvez cobrem mais se for buscar a bagagem depois da hora acordada, não tenho a certeza?

No problems at all, we dropped off our luggage at BASICMART, Tottenham Court Road around 10am and returned later at 6.30pm as arranged to collect. It was brought up into the shop after being stored downstairs. Staff were very pleasant and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again. An easy option for storing luggage. It cost us £13.50 for two items which included Radical Storage insurance (£3.50) which isnt optional. Just be aware to try and put an accurate time for collection as I received texts with an option to extend it for a cost if I was going to be later than the specified time so perhaps they charge more if you collect after your agreed time, not sure?

Super easy and very friendly service! "If you're traveling through Euston, this is the best way to handle your luggage. The check-in was fast with a quick QR scan, and the people at the shop were lovely. My bags were kept safe while I explored the city for the afternoon. It’s a much better price than the official left luggage office, and the location is just a stone's throw from the platforms. 10/10 would use again

Estou tão contente por ter encontrado este local de guarda-bagagens mesmo junto aos Princes Street Gardens. Queria desfrutar de um passeio pelos jardins e ver o Castelo sem ter de arrastar as minhas malas pesadas morro acima, e esta foi a solução perfeita. A reserva foi super fácil, e o pessoal da loja foi incrivelmente acolhedor e simpático. As minhas malas ficaram muito bem guardadas, e é muito mais acessível do que os cacifos da estação. Recomendo-o sem dúvida a quem visitar a cidade

I am so happy I found this storage spot right near Princes Street Gardens. I wanted to enjoy a walk through the gardens and see the Castle without dragging my heavy suitcases uphill, and this was the perfect solution. The booking was super easy, and the staff at the shop were incredibly welcoming and kind. My bags were kept very secure, and it's much more affordable than the lockers at the station. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city
