We had a bit of difficulty finding the luggage room since the name in the reservation did not match the name of the store, and since it was closed when we arrived, we waited about 10-15 minutes. We did not know if that was really the place since the reservation was from 7, we arrived at 8 and the store was closed.

The location didn't seem to be clearly marked, but the directions got me there. I was expecting a dedicated storage location, however this was in a small convenience store. Staff were friendly and helpful once I asked. Drop off and pickup were fine. I was just surprised it didn't list the name of the store to make finding it more intuitive.

Nice person who let us store our suitcases. Suitcases are open in the store, you take a photo and that's it. No problems.

We brought our bags and got them back later safely, so that was fine. Suggestions for improvement: 1. A sign 'Luggage Storage' posted at the shop would be great, it was a bit hard to find. 2. The site provided a code, but nothing was scanned when bringing and taking luggage. That was a bit weird so please make the system congruent.
