全く問題ありませんでした。午前10時頃にトッテナム・コート・ロードのBASICMARTに荷物を預け、約束通り午後6時半に戻って受け取りました。荷物は地下に保管された後、店内に運ばれてきました。スタッフはとても親切で、また迷わず利用したいと思います。荷物を預けるのに便利なサービスです。2点で£13.50かかりましたが、これにはRadical Storageの保険（£3.50）が含まれており、これは任意ではなく必須です。ただ、受け取り時間は正確に指定するように注意してください。指定した時間より遅れる場合は、追加料金を支払って延長できるというテキストメッセージが届きました。おそらく、合意した時間より遅れて受け取ると追加料金がかかるのかもしれませんが、定かではありません。

No problems at all, we dropped off our luggage at BASICMART, Tottenham Court Road around 10am and returned later at 6.30pm as arranged to collect. It was brought up into the shop after being stored downstairs. Staff were very pleasant and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again. An easy option for storing luggage. It cost us £13.50 for two items which included Radical Storage insurance (£3.50) which isnt optional. Just be aware to try and put an accurate time for collection as I received texts with an option to extend it for a cost if I was going to be later than the specified time so perhaps they charge more if you collect after your agreed time, not sure?

Super easy and very friendly service! "If you're traveling through Euston, this is the best way to handle your luggage. The check-in was fast with a quick QR scan, and the people at the shop were lovely. My bags were kept safe while I explored the city for the afternoon. It’s a much better price than the official left luggage office, and the location is just a stone's throw from the platforms. 10/10 would use again

I am so happy I found this storage spot right near Princes Street Gardens. I wanted to enjoy a walk through the gardens and see the Castle without dragging my heavy suitcases uphill, and this was the perfect solution. The booking was super easy, and the staff at the shop were incredibly welcoming and kind. My bags were kept very secure, and it's much more affordable than the lockers at the station. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city

If you need to drop your bags near South Kensington or Old Brompton, honestly, look no further. I booked it online in seconds and the check-in was so smooth. The 'Angel' (the shop owner) was lovely and very welcoming. It’s much more affordable than the big station lockers and felt very secure. It really allowed me to enjoy my afternoon walk and lunch without being weighed down. 10/10

Highly recommend using Radical Storage if you’re near Leicester Square. It’s located in a local business right on Cranbourn Street, so it’s very easy to find. The staff were friendly, they scanned my QR code, tagged my bag, and I was on my way. The price is unbeatable for this part of London, especially since they don't have size limits for large bags. I’ll definitely be using this service again

Super easy to use! Booked online in seconds and dropped my bags off right near Penzance Railway Station. The shopkeepers were lovely, the location was very convenient, and my bags were safe all day. This worked out great for us as American tourists coming in on a morning train from Switz with check-in later in day. For about 15 euros, we were able to store 2 bags from AM up until 530 without much hassle. Just click a quick QR code in the store, leave bags, and the guy we interacted with was very nice and helpful.
